I can seriously say Pelvic Floor Dysfunction is at least 8.5/10 from start to finish

I was looking at Rodney Anderson https://youtu.be/_ayvQIfLoTc and he said the patients who came to see him have almost "no" quality of life

There is no guaranteed physiotherapist that is a sure way to improve. At least going from a 9 to a 7 would give some hope that gradually things could improve and go down to at least a 3 if I keep going. I got really depressed reading how someone cured pelvic floor dysfunction by taking a magnesium pill and people saying oh wow that's awesome. Someone will come and say it will get better, there will be hope, etc., but I can't predict that.

Are These All Typical Pfd Symptoms?

Hi there,

I am a male in his early thirties who a week ago developed a host of severe pelvic pain as well as urinary symptoms. The PT ran into a problem and was no longer reducing the pain, so my PT referred me to the pelvic floor PT because he thought I had internal symptoms of PFD (deep pain in the coccyx/sacrum area) . I started having these really painful symptoms including: a sharp shooting pain in the penis in the urethra (worst pain of my life). Deep pain in testicles, perineum and rectum/coccyx regions (worse when lying on back). The week leading up to this I started doing more internal work with the therawand as recommended by my pelvic floor PT (due to the spasms they encountered). I've had a session with my pelvic floor PT since this happened and she thinks it's because my pelvic floor got overworked due to detraining and the spasms are probably the cause of most of these symptoms.
